The Simulation of Leakage Magnetic Field in the Oversize Generator Transformer Considering the Heavy Current Leads |

Abstract A superposition method considering the leakage magnetic field of coils and the magnetic field of heavy current leads was established. For example, an 1 140MVA/500kV three phase in one tank oversize generator transformer was modeled to introduce the realization process of finite element simulation. The more real and complete electromagnetic field inner the oversize generator transformer was obtained, and meeting the requirement of the actual project.
