永磁风力发电机流场与温度场耦合分析

Abstract According to ventilation structure and heat transfer characteristics of 2.5MW permanent-magnet wind generator, the 3D physical model of fluid flow and heat transfer coupled is established. And combined with the engineering practice, fundamental assumptions and corresponding boundary conditions are given. On the basis of computational fluid dynamics(CFD) and heat transfer theory, the mathematical equations are given. And fluid-flow and thermal field is calculated using finite volume method(FVM). And the correctness of calculation result of coupled field is verified by comparing with test value. At last, temperature rise distribution of generator and the cooling performance of fluid flow are analyzed in detail, by which a theory gist for calculation of temperature rise and design of ventilation structure for the larger capacity permanent-magnet wind generator is provided.
