基于可靠性加权拓扑模型下的电网脆弱性评估模型

Abstract Combining running parameters based on reliability and structural analysis based on complex network theory, a new vulnerability evaluation model to power grid is proposed in this paper. Weighted topological model based on the reliability parameter is established, and definitions and calculations of corresponding characteristic indices of the weighted topological model are given, and a new post-evaluation structural vulnerability index considering economic factor is presented. Based upon all, the evaluation model integrating parametric vulnerability and structural vulnerability to power grid is presented. Results of a numerical example show that the model effectively overcomes the insufficiency of methods assessing in simplex aspect, and it keeps a good ability of small-world theory in structure vulnerability identification, and has a preferable ability and precision in distinguishing vulnerable part of power grid. So it can be a reference to power grid maintenance and reconstruction. Meanwhile, it is verified that the proposed method is rational and available.
