摘要 针对电气化铁路枢纽型牵引变电所再生制动频繁、再生能量大且利用率低等问题,结合枢纽型牵引变电所的负荷特性,研究能量回馈与储能结合的再生制动能量利用系统能量管理及控制策略。首先,研究枢纽型牵引变电所再生制动能量利用系统的拓扑结构,分析其运行原理,并基于系统各部分间的能量供需关系,以最大化利用再生制动能量为目标,制定再生制动能量的管理策略。在此基础上,将系统运行工况划分为四种运行模式,并分析典型工况的能量流动情况。然后,提出考虑动态功率分配的分层控制策略。最后,通过仿真分析证明了该文所提再生制动能量利用系统能量管理及控制策略的正确性和有效性。结果表明,提出的能量管理及控制策略能有效协调控制再生制动能量按需转移、回馈、存储和释放,可实现枢纽型牵引变电所再生制动能量的高效利用。

Abstract:The hub traction substation(HTS) of electrified railway suffers from the problems such as frequent regenerative braking, large regenerative energy and low utilization rate. In this paper, the energy management and control strategy of regenerative braking energy(RBE) utilization system(RBEUS) combining energy feedback and energy storage are studied on the basis of the load characteristics of HTS. Firstly, the topology of RBEUS in HTS is analyzed as well as the operating principle. Aiming to maximize the utilization of RBE, an RBE distribution strategy was formulated based on the energy supply and demand relationship between the various parts of RBEUS. On the basis of that, the operating conditions of RBEUS were divided into four operating modes, and the energy flows of typical operating conditions were analyzed. Then, a hierarchical control strategy with a dynamic power allocation strategy was proposed. Finally, case studies were conducted to verify the correctness and validity of the above design. The results show that RBE can be transferred, fed back, stored, and released on demand with the proposed energy management and control strategy, and the efficient utilization of RBEUS in HTS can be realized.
