摘要 开关柜内部的温度、湿度剧烈变化将会导致凝露现象的发生,危害电力设备的安全可靠运行。针对40.5kV铠装型移开式户内交流金属封闭开关设备,建立开关柜的简化三维有限元计算模型,该模型中包括了母线、穿墙套管、断路器、触头盒、电缆等元件。该文计算了开关柜在导体正常工作流过大电流时内部元件的温度分布,同时仿真研究开关柜在外界环境相对湿度为0.8时的湿气扩散过程,得到开关柜内部元件的相对湿度分布。仿真结果表明,断路器触头盒表面温度较低,湿度分布较高时,极易发生凝露。此外,通过仿真分析发现采用加热和通风装置可以有效降低触头盒的表面湿度,提高触头盒表面温度,是一种可以减少开关柜内部元件凝露发生的有效方法。加热和通风装置的最优布置方式为同时安装在靠近触头盒和套管的开关柜柜壁上,对于降低触头盒表面凝露的效果优于设置单一的加热或通风装置。

Abstract:Temperature and humidity changes inside the switchgear will bring about the occurrence of condensation, threatening the safe and reliable operation of power apparatus. A 3-D simplified finite element calculation model for the 40.5kV sheathed indoor AC metal-enclosed switchgear was established, including bus, bushing, circuit breaker, contactor box, cables and other components. The temperature distribution inside the switchgear was calculated under the condition that large current flowed on the surface of conductor bus. Furthermore, the humidity diffusion process was also calculated when the relative humidity of external environment was 0.8, and the relative humidity inside the switchgear was obtained. The simulation results show that condensation is easy to occur on contact box when the surface temperature of the breaker contact box is low and the humidity distribution is high. In addition, it is found that the application of heating and ventilation devices can effectively reduce the humidity and increase the temperature of contact box surface, which is an effective method for reducing the condensation inside the switchgear. The optimum arrangement of heating and ventilating devices is installed on the wall of switchgear cabinet near the contact box and bushing at the same time. The effect of this installation method on reducing the surface condensation of contact box is better than that of setting a single heating or ventilating device.
