Abstract:The use of high-performance drive technology for switching tube is a requirement that influence safety and reliability of auxiliary power supply(APS). Base on characteristic about high- voltage isolation, high-frequency, low-delay, non-external power of high-voltage input double-transistor flyback APS drive and comparative analysis the various possible driving scheme,a safety and reliability isolated double-transistor drive circuit with transformer is determined and the corresponding driver is designed. The adjustment of the drive transformer ratio of windings is made ensuring switching tube well-conduction and the addition of drive signal coupling inductance is done improving drive signal synchronism. According to the drive pulse rise, pulse flat-topping and pulse fall, corresponding driver equivalent circuit models are established , corresponding formulas are derived and the major parameter of driver influencing driving performance is analyzed. Finally, the experiment verification of the above conclusions and designed isolated double-transistor driver by use of the 300V~2 500V input double-transistor flyback APS.
