Abstract:A simplified space vector modulation is researched in 45°coordinate system for H bridge cascaded inverter in this paper.The modulation method is simple for sector location and time calculation and is easy to be expanded to cascaded inverter with arbitrary number H bridge in each phase.The key research of the paper is to achieve inverter output performance optimization by the improvement of the simplified modulation method in 45°coordinate system.Specific improvement of the modulation method as follows:①In order to reduce the switching losses, switching frequency optimization algorithm is researched.It can effectively reduce the number of switch in the same output requirement。②In order to reduce the common-mode voltage, the modulation algorithm of inhibition zero-sequence voltage output is researched. It can effectively reduce the common mode voltage in output voltage for cascaded inverter and make the common-mode voltage fluctuate in small voltage range.Finally, simulation and experimental results verify the correctness of the proposed method.
