Abstract:Under the given frequency condition, the main influence factors of transmission efficiency of the wireless power transfer system are mutual inductance between the transmitting and receiving coils, equivalent resistance of coils and the load impedance. In the coil design process the characteristics and constraint relationship of variable parameters are considered, and then an optimal design method of disc resonators with the given frequency and transmission distance is proposed. With the transmission efficiency as the optimization objective, this method considers resonant frequency, the radius and turns of coils, and other factors, which solves the specific resonator design problem under the certain conditions. Experimental results are well consistent with simulation analysis, which show the effectiveness and correctness of the proposed method.
