逆变器母线电容及直流电抗器参数计算

摘要在实现一种解析法计算逆变器母线电容、直流电抗器参数方法的过程中,综合考虑了纹波电流、直流母线电容寿命及直流母线电容和直流电抗器之间的相互影响。给出了母线电容器及直流电抗器的设计方案及电容的容值、损耗、纹波电流、中心平均温度、寿命、连接方式,电抗器的电感值、纹波电流、损耗、尺寸等具体参数。在此基础之上,设计了一款变频调速系统,将计算值、经验值及实验值三者进行比较,计算值在保证输出的前提下,使逆变器体积缩小。肯定了解析法的精度,验证了该方法的正确性与可行性。

Abstract：A new analytic method for calculating inverter bus capacitor and DC Reactor parameters was proposed in this paper. In the realization process, ripple current, life of DC bus capacitor, interaction between DC bus capacitor and DC Reactor were considered comprehensively. The design scheme of DC bus capacitor and DC Reactor, specific parameters such as capacitance, loss, ripple current, central average temperature, life, connection mode of the capacitor and inductance, ripple current, loss, size, the reactor were given. On this basis, a variable frequency speed control system was designed, the calculated value, empirical value and experiment value were compared, and calculated value was to make volume of the inverter smaller on the premise of ensuring output. It had affirmed precision of the analytical method and verified correctness and feasibility of this method.
