Abstract:Based on the over-voltage waveforms measured in phase-separating section when the locomotives passing, the equivalent electrical parameters and mathematical model of contact net are researched. This paper proposes switch-ground’s auto-passing neutral section to use power electronic switch. It could eliminate the over-voltage in the neutral section, meanwhile locomotives could pass the neutral section with load (not open the main circuit break). It is analyzed theoretically that overvoltage occurres when switches cut-off and cut-in. The simulation results show that the theoretical analysis is effective.
