Abstract:A phase-shifted full-bridge converter suitable for high voltage input and low-voltage high-current output applications is presented in this paper, which is based on series connection of transformer. It can realize ZVS in the entire load range with the use of voltage complementary auxiliary network. The operation principle and characteristics of this converter are analyzed, and the key parameters design method is given. A prototype rated 1.4kW (28V/50A), 100kHz based on the presented topology has been built. The performance of the presented topology is verified by the experimental results.
