无刷双馈电机研究综述与展望

Abstract

Brushless double-fed machines (BDFMs) are very suitable for flexible operation in special or extreme conditions such as explosion-proof and flammable conditions due to the reliable structure and fractional rated converter, which attracts much attention in recent years. Firstly, this paper clarifies the nomenclature principle and standard name of this type of electric machine according to the basic working principle. Then, the structures and characteristics of the existing stator and rotor schemes are classified. The development direction of the double rotor winding is proposed by taking both performance index and structural processing into consideration. Furthermore, the existing equivalent circuit models and optimization model are summarized. The idea of applying the synchronous-asynchronous series equivalent circuit to overcome defects of hardly considering different speed conditions are clarified. Besides, the classical dynamic characteristic analysis model is concluded and the characteristics of the emerged control topology and control strategy of the BDFM are discussed. The complete BDFM systems applicable to typical motor drive and power generation conditions are established to illustrate their operation mechanism. Finally, some research directions, such as the working principle and nomenclature, stator and rotor schemes, steady-state analysis and optimization design, dynamic characteristics and control of the BDFM are summarized, which provides both reference and guidance for the in-depth research and accelerated promotion of the BDFM.
