聚磁式横向磁通永磁直线电机的多目标优化

Abstract The transverse flux permanent magnet linear machine (TFPMLM) is different from the traditional linear machine in the magnetic circuit structure. The plane of the magnetic force lines of the machine is perpendicular to its movement direction, which solves the problem that the teeth and slots compete for the same plane in space, realizing the decoupling of the electric load and the magnetic load. It can improve the thrust force by increasing the magnetic energy change rate in a certain range. It has a broad application prospect in the field of low speed and high thrust. Firstly, a novel TFPMLM with three walls of mover is proposed and its working principle is introduced in this paper. Secondly, taking thrust density, thrust ripple and power factor as optimization objectives, the sensitivity analysis of the optimal variables of the machine is carried out, and the response surface model based on Box-Behnken method is constructed by selecting the optimal variables with significant sensitivity value. Thirdly,the optimal structural parameters of the machine are obtained by solving the response surface model and generating a set of Pareto solutions adopted by particle swarm optimization. Finally, the electromagnetic performance of the optimized machine is calculated and analyzed by three-dimensional finite element method, and the effectiveness of the multi-objective optimization design method based on the response surface model and particle swarm optimization algorithm is verified.
