噻吩对变压器油纸绝缘系统热老化特性研究

Abstract In order to study the influence of thiophene on the thermal aging of transformer oil paper insulation system, the BT and DBDS with the same content of sulfur were compared. The accelerated thermal aging test was carried out at 140℃. The aging characteristic parameters were measured during the aging process. The results show that the thiophene is relatively stable, and it will not react with the copper in general. It can also have some tolerance in the high temperature and high oxygen environment in a short period. However, in the long-term high temperature and high oxygen environment, it may convert to some kind of corrosive sulfide which could react with copper. The amount of furfural and the moisture content in the oil, the fluctuation range of the moisture in the paper and the decrease rate of the polymerization degree in the insulating paper are reduced, and the acid value of the oil is delayed. It can have a positive effect to delay the aging of oil-paper insulation system, which means a natural antioxidant. Taken together, the thiophene can delay the aging of oil-paper insulation system. However, it needs to control the oxygen content in oil and the operating temperature of transformer during the operation of transformer, especially to avoid the long-term high temperature and high oxygen environment in order to prevent the occurrence of sulfur corrosion failure.
