SF<sub>6</sub>替代气体研究现状综述

Abstract High greenhouse effect limits the use of SF₆ for gas-insulated equipment. Scholars are committed to finding environmental-friendly gases that can replace SF₆ gas and have achieved relevant research results. As an insulating or extinguishing medium, conventional gases, SF₆ gas mixtures as well as electronegative gases and their mixed gases exhibit different strengths and disadvantages. The current research progress of the main alternative gases has been summarized in this paper, in terms of physical and chemical properties, insulating properties, arc characteristics and mechanism. The scope and limitations of different alternative gases in engineering applications are also analyzed. Based on analysis of existing research on alternative SF₆ gas, the trends of research also have been analyzed.
