Abstract  A three-dimensional excitation structure with three-axis orthogonal cores is proposed in this paper. Magnetic concentration and optimization of the core poles are also calculated. It can perform orthogonal excitation symmetrically for electrical magnetic material samples placed in the geometric center of the tester. Dynamic magnetic properties of the cubic magnetic material samples are measured by setting various excitation modes. Magnetic anisotropy and the influence factors in measurement are quantitatively studied by analyzing the magnetic properties difference under different excitation directions or different rotating excitation planes. This study can provide important magnetic properties data for the core optimization design of the electromagnetic devices, core loss calculation and modeling.
