一种考虑发电机同调分群的大电网快速主动解列策略

Abstract

For solving the fast active islanding problem in large power system,this paper presents a two-stage fast islanding strategy,based on the SW(Stoer-Wagner) algorithm and the Dinic algorithm,for large power networks.On the basis of building a large power grid graph theory model,the first step employs the Stoer-Wagner algorithm to get the generators partition based partial derivative weight figure.Then the grouping of generators is obtained.In the second step,the optimal splitting boundary is found fast through the improved Dinic maximum flow algorithm with the objective of minimum power flow impact.The proposed strategy needs no reduction of the whole power network.So the online global optimal solution can be acquired.Simulations on the IEEE 118-bus power system and the Central China Power grid show that the proposed strategy is correct,effective,and fast.
