混合钳位式三电平逆变器新型调制策略研究

Abstract The structure,working principle,and the corresponding space voltage vectors of high-voltage and high-power hybrid-clamped three-level inverters are analyzed.The switching principles of the switching states are obtained through the analysis of the current flow paths of the four level states.The influence characteristics of the space voltage vectors on the clamping capacitor voltage and the neutral-point potential under the states of energy fed out and fed in are analyzed in detail to obtain the balance modulation strategy of the clamping capacitor voltage and the space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) strategy.The correctness and effectiveness of the proposed modulation strategies are verified by the simulation and experiment.
