高速混合励磁发电机的结构及调压性能

Abstract For conventional high speed permanent magnet generators, it is difficult to maintain constant terminal voltages when a load change or speed change occurs. Therefore, this paper proposes a novel hybrid excitation synchronous generator (HESG) and describes its structure characteristics and operation principles in detail. To facilitate the machine design and optimization process, the paper establishes an equivalent magnetic circuit model for the HESG and analytically derives its no-load voltage regulation range. The 3D finite element analyses (FEA) are performed to analyze the magnetic field distributions and the control capability with various field currents. A 10 kW prototype machine is fabricated and tested. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed HESG can satisfy the voltage regulation requirement and verify the rationality of the structure and analysis method.
