计及电压调节效应的电力系统协同调度

Abstract The power system is characterized by associating mechanical energy (including potential energy,kinetic energy,light energy,and thermal energy,etc.) and electromagnetic energy,and its function is to realize the balance between mechanical power and electrical power.The power system dispatch involves the economic dispatch to achieve the balance of mechanical power and the voltage support problem that takes electrical power as the kernel and links the mechanical power balance.These two parts are interrelated and inseparable.Taking the accommodation of injection uncertainties as the background and the realization of source power (i.e.mechanical power of the supply and the demand side) balance as the clue,a novel dispatch model is proposed,in which the voltage regulation effect and the unit reserve response mechanism are well considered.Additionally,the source power balance and its voltage support are effectively integrated to exploit the potential synergistic capability of the power system to accommodate the injection uncertainties.Then a parallel solution methodology formed by the combination of the fast and elitist non-dominated sorting generic algorithm (NSGA-Ⅱ) and the Monte Carlo simulation with nonlinear programming is proposed for the model.Finally,validity and effectiveness analyses are conducted for several cases.Presented analyses demonstrate that the proposed model can take the advantage of the voltage regulation effect to keep the balance of source power under uncertainty.
