孤岛模式下潮流能发电系统协调控制策略

Abstract In order to improve the stability of tidal power generation system in island mode, characteristics of tidal flow and inverter control strategy was researched. Each subsystem in island grid was modeled and analyzed. The operation scheme of island grid was based on the principle that V/f control strategy was the master and P/Q control strategy was slaver. Solution based on DC link of V/f inverter in parallel to the right amount of storage was proposed, which both increased the reliability and economy of system, and solved the problem of critical load supply. In order to guarantee the DC link voltage, control algorithm based on variable coefficient of DC link voltage was proposed. Considering impacts of micro-source output and load fluctuating on grid stability in island mode, regulation margin in island grid was presented. A regulation margin optimization control algorithm was proposed which was suitable for tidal power generation. Simulation and analysis was conducted by PSCAD. The results show that proposed ontrol algorithms guarantee the grid stability in island mode. The reliability and validity of the control algorithm were verified by experiments.
