基于反推控制的永磁同步电型直接转矩控制方法

Abstract To solve the problems of large flux and torque ripples and inconstant switching frequency in traditional direct torque control(DTC) systems for permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM), a novel DTC of permanent magnet synchronous motors based on backstepping control is proposed. In this method, a speed backstepping controller is used to replace PI speed controller, a flux and torque backstepping controller is designed to produce stator voltage components and space vector modulation is used to produce switching signals to control inverters. Experiment results show that compared with the traditional DTC, the system has low flux and torque ripples and makes inverters have constant switching frequency. At the same time, compared with the modified DTC based on PI, the control system has advantages of fast response and a few adjusted parameters.
