Abstract This paper established a combined cooling, heat and power energy supply system with electricity, wind power, solar power, natural gas and storage energy resource. Aiming at the goal of minimum the operation cost in the grid-connected operating mode and the maximum energy efficiency in the islanded operating mode, the paper proposed an optimal dispatch strategy for multi-energy complement system. Combining multiple varied time scale balance function, and the multi-energy storage technic proposed in this paper, the dispatch schedule can be reformed, which enhanced the flexibility of the system dealing with incident during operating and reduce operating cost. By calculating temperature gradient, the inertia of the cooling load and the heat load can be known, which supports the energy storage of the system and enhances the ability in restricting forecast fluctuation together with the storage equipment. This paper also proposed an objective function for islanded mode for CCHP, and established the optimal dispatch strategy for islanded mode, which realizes the upmost energy utilization rate. In the end, a simulation of the proposed strategy is done by CPLEX to verify the theory of the paper.
