二维场计及横向漏电流影响的感应电机损耗与转矩分析

Abstract

In general, small and medium-sized induction motors (IM) are mostly used for induction motors. The skewed rotor structure can suppress parasitic torque, electromagnetic vibration and noise, but it will increase the inter-bar current between the rotor bars, affecting the starting characteristics and efficiency of the IM. Hence, the influence of inter-bar current on the performance of skewed rotor IM was studied in this paper. By summarizing the distribution of inter-bar current on the rotor in the IM with skewed rotor, a two-dimensional multi-section finite element model that can take into account the inter-bar current was proposed. The model effectively reduces the simulation time compared with the three-dimensional finite element model considering inter-bar current. Moreover, this model takes into account the influence of the inter-bar current on the skewed rotor motor in the two-dimensional finite element through establishing the transition layer in the rotor, which can be used to predict the influence of the inter-bar current on the motor performance. The inter-bar current loss in the Y802-2 IM was simulated and compared with the loss value of the three-dimensional finite element simulation. The feasibility and effectiveness of the model were verified, and this model was used to analyze the effect of different inter-bar current resistance values on the starting torque characteristics of the IM.
