基于莫尔偏折的低温等离子体气体温度参数研究

Abstract Discharge produced plasmas have been widely used in diverse practical engineering. The spatial temperature distribution is one of the most important parameters to characterize the plasma property. In this work, in order to investigate the spatial gas temperature distribution characteristic of plasma under atmosphere pressure, a set of measuring system was utilized on the basis of the moire deflectometry to diagnose plasma produced by cooper electrode at a low current level (0.1A). Firstly, the refractive index distributions were deduced from moire fringe images based on the methods of Fourier transform and Abel inversion. Secondly, according to plasma physis equation, the relationship between plasma refractive index and temperature was established. Finally, the gas temperature distributions of plasma at different distances to bottom electrode were recovered from the refractive index. The trend of temperature distribution change with position was studied as well. The results showed that at the horizontal position, the temperature in plasma center is the highest and declines rapidly to both sides. The range of the highest temperature is between 1 400K and 1 600K at different horizontal positions. The gas temperature and width of plasma both increase slightly with position moving upwards.
