摘要 该文以考虑电转气设备与燃气轮机的电-气互联系统为研究对象,建立以系统运行成本、污染气体排放量、系统削峰填谷指标及购电购气费用为优化对象的四目标优化调度模型。通过分段线性化及改进二阶锥松弛将混合整数非凸非线性模型转换为混合整数凸优化模型,并通过增强ε-约束实现目标降维,形成三目标优化问题,利用法线平面交叉法得到一系列均匀分布的Pareto前沿,根据熵权双基点法筛选出最优运行方案。最后,在改进的IEEE 30节点电力系统与比利时20节点天然气系统上进行仿真计算,结果表明通过该文建立的模型能得到有效的优化运行方案,为调度人员决策提供参考。

Abstract:In this paper, a multi-objective security constrained optimal scheduling model is established for the integrated electricity-gas system considering the operation economy, pollutant gas emission, peak load and valley load reduction capacity and the cost of electricity and gas purchase. The mixed integer nonconvex nonlinear model is transformed into mixed integer convex optimization model by piecewise linearization and improved second-order cone relaxation method, and the dimension of objective function is reduced by enhancing ε-constraint to form a three-objective optimization problem. A series of uniformly distributed Pareto fronts are obtained by normal boundary intersection method, and the compromise optimal operation scheme is obtained by double base points of entropy weight method. The simulation results on the improved IEEE 30 bus system and Belgium 20 bus system show that the model can get an effective optimal operation scheme, which can provide a reference for the decision-making of the dispatcher.
