摘要 该文采用磁滞模型与有限元分析结合的方法分析变磁通记忆电机磁化性能。通过研究铝镍钴永磁材料磁化特性,建立一种新型的磁滞模型,可计算出施加任意直轴电流脉冲下铝镍钴永磁体的磁化曲线方程,并给出变磁通记忆电机充退磁有限元分析方法。基于磁滞模型和有限元仿真结合的方法,研究了充磁过程中电机的磁场分布,以及电枢电流和转子位置对铝镍钴永磁体磁通密度的影响,以减小电机的最大充磁电流及充磁时间,进而降低电机充磁损耗并获得最佳充磁性能。并在考虑铝镍钴永磁体磁化程度不均匀的情况下,计算了不同充磁电流作用后电机的空载反电动势、气隙磁通密度以及充退磁特性曲线,评估了变磁通记忆电机的磁化性能。最后设计并制作了一台样机进行了实验验证,实验结果与有限元分析结果较为吻合。

Abstract:This paper analysed the magnetization performance of a variable flux memory machine (VFMM) with the method of permanent magnet (PM) hysteresis model and finite element analysis (FEA). Through the study of Alnico magnets’ magnetization characteristics, a novel hysteresis model was built, then the demagnetization curves can be calculated under different d-axis current. Besides, the FEA method of magnetization and demagnetization in VFMM was given in the paper. Based on the hysteresis model and FEA method, this paper studied the field distribution of the VFMM during the magnetization process, and investigated the effect of armature current and rotor position on the PM flux density to reduce the maximum magnetization current and pulse duration, then the loss caused by the magnetization current can be reduced, and good magnetization performance can be obtained. Next, considering the nonuniform distribution of the PM flux density, the paper calculated the back EMF, air gap flux density and magnetization ratio curve in different magnetization states and estimated the magnetization performance of the VFMM. Finally, a prototype machine was fabricated to verify the accuracy of the analysis method, and good agreement was achieved between the tested results and calculated results.
