摘要 随着分布式电源(DG)和多样性直流负荷的大量接入,直流配电网是未来发展的一个方向,科学合理地评估直流配电网规划方案具有重要意义。针对直流配电网规划的特征和DG接入带来的不确定性影响,构建计及网架协调性、DG配置合理性的综合评价指标体系;提出基于区间直觉模糊理论的直流配电网规划方案综合评估方法,采用前景理论和MYCIN不确定因子处理区间直觉模糊判断矩阵,充分地体现决策者偏好,挖掘不确定信息,降低决策者主观不确定性,提高评价结果的辨识度。通过算例分析表明,本文提出的方法能够简化直流配电网规划方案综合评估这一复杂问题,是评价和筛选这类电网规划方案合理、有效的解决方法。

Abstract:With the large-scale of DG and diversity DC load accessed in distribution network, DC distribution network is a direction of future development. It is of great significance to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the DC distribution network planning scheme. In view of the characteristics of DC distribution network planning and the uncertainty caused by DG, a comprehensive evaluation index system considering the coordination of grids and the rationality of DG configuration was constructed. An interval intuitionistic fuzzy theory based method for evaluating DC distribution network planning was proposed. This comprehensive evaluation method of DC distribution network planning scheme used foreground theory and MYCIN uncertainty factor to process interval intuitionistic fuzzy judgment matrix, which fully reflects the decision maker's preference and mines uncertain information, reduces subjective uncertainty for decision makers and improves the recognition of evaluation results. The example analysis shows that the proposed method can simplify the complex problem of comprehensive evaluation of DC distribution network planning scheme, and it is a reasonable and effective solution for evaluating and screening such power grid planning schemes.
