摘要 针对双直线电机伺服系统同步进给问题,提出一种基于Elman神经网络互补滑模控制器(CSMC)和交叉耦合控制器(CCC)相结合的同步控制方案。双直线电机由两台平行放置的永磁直线同步电机(PMLSM)构成。由于PMLSM易受参数变化、外部扰动和摩擦力等不确定性的影响,首先建立含有不确定性的系统动态模型。然后,利用Elman神经网络代替CSMC中的切换控制率,设计Elman神经网络CSMC来估计系统不确定性并削弱滑模控制中存在的抖振现象,确保PMLSM伺服系统实现高精度的位置跟踪性能;同时利用CCC消除双直线电机中存在的耦合现象,实现双直线电机伺服系统同步控制。系统实验结果表明,所提出的控制方法既有较好的跟踪性能,又有较强的鲁棒性能,明显地减小了系统的跟踪误差和同步误差。

Abstract:A synchronous control scheme combining Elman neural network complementary sliding mode controller (CSMC) and cross-coupled controller (CCC) is proposed for synchronous feed problem of dual linear motors servo system. The dual linear motors servo system consists of two parallel permanent magnet linear synchronous motors (PMLSMs). Considering that the PMLSM is vulnerable to the influence of parameter variations, external disturbances and frictions and so on,the dynamic model with a lumped uncertainties was established. Then, the Elman neural network is used to replace the switching control rate of CSMC, Elman neural network CSMC is designed to estimate the value of the uncertainties and reduce the chattering phenomenon of the sliding mode control, so that it can guarantee high precision position tracking performance of PMLSM servo system. CCC is used to eliminate the coupling between the dual linear motors, thus the synchronous control of dual linear motors servo system can be realized. The experimental results show that the proposed method not only has better tracking performance, but also has stronger robust performance, the tracking error and synchronous error of the system can be obviously reduced.
