摘要 对高压、大功率混合钳位式三电平逆变器的结构、工作原理及相应的电压空间矢量进行了分析。并分析了4种电平状态下电流的流通路径,得到了开关状态切换应当遵循的原则。详细研究了电压空间矢量分别在能量馈出和馈入状态下对钳位电容电压和中点电位的影响特性,得出了相应的钳位电容电压平衡调制策略和空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)策略。仿真和实验证明了所提调制策略的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:The structure,working principle,and the corresponding space voltage vectors of high-voltage and high-power hybrid-clamped three-level inverters are analyzed.The switching principles of the switching states are obtained through the analysis of the current flow paths of the four level states.The influence characteristics of the space voltage vectors on the clamping capacitor voltage and the neutral-point potential under the states of energy fed out and fed in are analyzed in detail to obtain the balance modulation strategy of the clamping capacitor voltage and the space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) strategy.The correctness and effectiveness of the proposed modulation strategies are verified by the simulation and experiment.
