摘要 人工心脏近年来发展迅速,在发达国家已逐渐成为末期心衰竭通用治疗手段。随着人工心脏性能不断提升,其经皮电缆感染问题已成为临床长期植入的瓶颈。无线电能传输是人工心脏理想的能量供给方式,但现有的磁感应经皮变压器和磁耦合谐振两种无线电能传输方案在传输距离、方位敏感性、可植入性和长期可靠性等方面还存在许多问题。回顾了人工心脏能量供给技术的变革,从临床需求出发总结了现有无线电能传输方案的优缺点,探讨了未来的发展方向。

Abstract:Implantable ventricular assistance has been rapidly developed in recent years and become a therapeutic option for end-stage heart failure patients in many developed countries.However,infection caused by the percutaneous cable remains a severe clinical complication.Wireless power transfer could be an ideal solution for power supply to implanted mechanical ventricular assistance.Nevertheless,problems with current wireless power transfer technology,such as transfer distance,position and orientation sensitivity,implantability,and long term reliability in situ,must be solved before it can be used for long-term implantable devices.This paper reviews the evolution of wireless power transfer technology for clinical use,summarizes the pros and cons of existing wireless power transfer methods for ventricular assistance,and discusses the direction for future development.
