摘要 为了提高效率、改善波形和实现高频化,提出复合型级联双Buck飞跨电容五电平逆变器。由耐压功率元器件构成的全桥电路实现基波频率波形,由低压高频率的元器件构成双Buck为基础的飞跨电容逆变电路,改善了波形,提高了整机效率。该拓扑具有双Buck与飞跨电容逆变器的双重优点,双Buck逆变器具有无桥臂直通、无体二极管反向恢复问题的优点和电流半周期工作模式,使得高频化和高效率得以同时实现。飞跨电容逆变器可以通过逻辑电路选择冗余模态,从而控制飞跨电容的充放电来实现飞跨电容电压的平衡,并且对该电路进行了理论分析及实验验证,该电路可拓展为更高电平。

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency and waveform and realize high-frequency, this paper proposes a hybrid cascaded dual buck flying-capacitor five-level inverter. The high voltage unit, is composed of bridge cell with high-voltage slow-switching components to realize the fundamental wave. And the low voltage unit is composed of flying capacitor inverter with low-voltage fast-switching components based on dual Buck inverter to improve the waveform and efficiency. The topology has both the merits of dual buck and flying capacitor. Dual Buck inverter has no shoot-through problems, no body-diode reverse recovery problems and half-cycle work mode, which cam implement the high frequency and efficiency simultaneously. The voltage balance of the flying capacitors can be achieved by choosing the redundant state through proper logical algorithms. The validity of the inverter is conformed through experimental. The topology can be expanded to a higher level.
