Abstract:A method of combining iterative learning control(ILC) algorithm with wavelet filter was adopted to reduce the periodic and aperiodic disturbances in permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM). The iterative learning controller used for PMLSM servo system gets fast convergence and less iteration times by reconstructing input signals and removing aperiodic disturbance components. The experimental method is adopted to determine the parameters of L-filter in ILC. The experimental results indicate that the proposed method has better tracking precision compared with no wavelet filter and traditional PID. The ILC algorithm assures that the output trajectory precisely tracks anticipant trajectory with fewer iteration times.
