摘要 如何实现对接地网局部支路导体的腐蚀缺陷检测是电力部门一直致力于解决的问题。该文研究了基于电阻抗成像(EIT)技术的接地网场域电阻率分布成像方法,并对接地网腐蚀缺陷进行诊断。首先针对接地网的开域场问题,建立其内源式电阻抗成像正、逆问题模型。其次对于其逆问题的病态性,提出一种基于改进正则化的牛顿-拉夫逊迭代方法对接地网的逆问题进行求解;针对接地网场域的大尺寸和土壤与扁钢电阻率的高对比度问题,提出土壤分离和分区成像的方法,提高了图像的分辨率。最后通过实验对接地网的腐蚀缺陷进行了电阻抗成像诊断,实验结果表明该方法能够对腐蚀缺陷进行准确定位,验证了该方法的正确性。

Abstract:How to detect the corrosion defect in the branch of grounding grid is a urgent problem that the electric power department has been trying hard to solve. This paper proposed a method to image the resistivity distribution in grounding grid based on electrical impedance tomography, and applied it to the corrosion diagnosis of grounding grid. Firstly, the forward and inverse problem model were established according to the characteristics of the open boundary problem of the grounding grid. Then, a Newton-Raphson iterative method based on improved regularization was brought out to weaken the ill-posedness of the inverse problem. To reduce the impact of the large size and high contrast of resistivity between the soil and steel on the imaging quality, this paper proposed the methods of soil-separation and block-imaging, to improve the resolution of the image. Finally, the EIT diagnosis on the corrosion faults of the grounding grid is carried out through experiments. The experimental results can accurately locate the corrosion faults and verified the correctness of the method.
