摘要 提出一种三轴正交的三维励磁结构,并对磁极进行聚磁优化计算,对放置在装置几何中心的电工磁材料试样进行三轴向正交对称励磁,设定多种形式的励磁模式对实心或叠片立方体试样材料进行动态磁特性测量。通过分析试样在不同励磁方向或不同旋转励磁平面上体现的磁特性差异来定量研究材料的各向异性以及测量实验中影响各向异性磁特性的因素。为电磁装置中铁心优化设计、损耗计算与模拟提供重要的材料磁特性实验数据。

Abstract:A three-dimensional excitation structure with three-axis orthogonal cores is proposed in this paper. Magnetic concentration and optimization of the core poles are also calculated. It can perform orthogonal excitation symmetrically for electrical magnetic material samples placed in the geometric center of the tester. Dynamic magnetic properties of the cubic magnetic material samples are measured by setting various excitation modes. Magnetic anisotropy and the influence factors in measurement are quantitatively studied by analyzing the magnetic properties difference under different excitation directions or different rotating excitation planes. This study can provide important magnetic properties data for the core optimization design of the electromagnetic devices, core loss calculation and modeling.
