气体绝缘输电线路用C3F7CN/CO2混合气体与环氧树脂相容性试验

Abstract The compatibility between gas and solid insulating materials in gas insulated transmission lines (GIL) is defined as follows: the changes of insulation performance caused by long-term contact between the two materials and the changes of gas composition and solid material. As an environmental-friendly insulating gas with potentiality to replace SF₆, the compatibility between C₃F₇CN/CO₂ and epoxy resin used in GIL needs to be studied urgently to avoid insulation failure of equipment. The authors proposed the method for evaluating the compatibility and set up a gas-solid compatibility test platform in this paper. Thermal acceleration tests of C₃F₇CN/CO₂ and epoxy resin are carried out at different temperatures. Also, the control groups of SF₆ and He gas were set to distinguish the influence of temperature. Dielectric loss, surface flashover voltages, surface morphology of epoxy resin and gas composition before and after the tests were compared. A small amount of C₃F₆ and trimer of C₃F₇CN were found after testing at 160℃ and the surface insulation properties of epoxy resins did not deteriorate. Tests results shows the compatibility between C₃F₇CN/CO₂ and epoxy resin is as good as the compatibility between SF₆ and epoxy resin under normal operation of GIL.
