The Simulation and Realization of Two-Phase Voltage Construction in the Single Phase PLL |

Abstract The phase and frequency information of the grid voltage is of great importance to the single phase PWM rectifier. The traditional approach obtaining it by zero-cross detector is not satisfactory. The PLL based on the instantaneous power theory has a better static and dynamic performance, but it needs to construct another voltage through the grid voltage. However, the method of integral, differential time delay is difficult to realize by program and not ideal. This paper introduced a product to sum formula method to construct another voltage after comparing different methods of PLL constitute and analyzed the principle of the two-phase construction and the instantaneous power theory. moreover, by simulation and experience, it proved that this method is available in programming and could be used in the engineering application.
