高风速段次优功率追踪方式的风电调频方法

Abstract The maximum power point tracking strategy usually makes wind turbines lack the supporting role on system frequency regulation,and may have pollution on system frequency. This paper proposed a new frequency regulation strategy for variable speed constant frequency doubly fed wind power generation system(DFIG) with wind speed being sectioned into high and low parts. In the strategy,rotor speed and pitch angle were control variables,and DFIG was needed to participate in frequency regulation only in high speed section. Threshold value#x02019;s setting of high speed section was based on the unit economy. Suboptimum power point tracking way was used to make DFIG preserve a margin for up-regulation. The margin setting was based on electric power network#x02019;s frequency quality and DFIG#x02019;s frequency regulation ability requirements. Simulation results show that the strategy can effectively improve system frequency characteristic.
