Abstract A novel interleaved high gain Boost converter with switched capacitor network is proposed in this paper. Operation principle and property of this converter are analyzed. Based on the traditional two phase interleaved Boost converter, a diode and two capacitors are added, and forms into a switched capacitor network. Compared with the traditional two phase interleaved Boost converter, the ripple of the input ripple current is still low, but the voltage gain is higher and the voltage stresses of the switches are reduced. Consequently, the new topology is very suitable for the application, such as the fuel cell power system and photovoltaic system, in which it has low input voltage but high output voltage. Finally, the experiment is built to verify the theoretical analysis.
