Abstract:The cancellation method is introduced to control mutual-inductance coupling electromagnetic interference (EMI). The cancellation method is: detecting the current of the interfere source, and injecting it into the sensitive equipment circuit after treatment, which will cancel the noise voltage that coupling to the sensitive equipment circuit by mutual-inductance. The principle of cancellation method is analyzed, and then the approach of suppressing mutual-inductance coupling EMI by cancellation method is presented. An apparatus was also produced to eliminate mutual-inductance coupling EMI. The experiment result indicates that the cancellation method is an effective way of suppressing mutual-inductance coupling EMI.
