摘要 为了提高三态Boost变换器的负载瞬态响应速度,将电流型控制技术应用于三态Boost变换器。详细分析电流型控制三态Boost变换器的工作原理;在考虑负载电流变化对电路性能影响的基础上,分别建立电流型恒定参考电流(CRC)和电流型动态参考电流(DRC)控制三态Boost变换器的完整小信号模型,推导两种控制方法的输出阻抗,并通过频域仿真验证小信号模型的正确性。对比分析两个输出阻抗的低频增益,结果表明:与电流型DRC控制相比,电流型CRC控制三态Boost变换器的输出阻抗低频增益更低,因此具有比电流型DRC控制三态Boost变换器更快的负载瞬态响应速度。最后通过实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:To improve the load transient response speed, the current mode control technique was applied to tri-state boost converter, whose corresponding operation principle was analyzed in detail. On the basis of considering the influence of output current variation for the circuit performance, the whole small signal models for the current mode constant reference current (CRC) and current mode dynamic reference current (DRC) controlled tri-state boost converter were established respectively. Based on the models, the output impedances of the two control techniques were deduced respectively, which were verified through the simulation results in frequency-domain. Besides, the corresponding low-frequency gains of the output impedances were analyzed and compared. The research results indicate that, comparing with the current mode DRC control, the current mode CRC controlled tri-state boost converter has lower low-frequency gains, therefore it has faster load transient response speed. Finally, experiment results verified the theoretical analysis.
