摘要 为实现主动配电网(ADN)中大量间歇式可再生能源的充分消纳以及储能装置、柔性负荷等可调资源的有效利用,提出了适用于主动配电网的储能实时优化调度模型和考虑用户与电网互动特性的柔性负荷模型;在此基础上,构建了一种基于多代理系统(MAS)的主动配电网三层多源协调优化调度架构,提出了区域自治协调优化调度策略,以支持主动配电网中多种可调设备的联合优化调度;最后,采用JADE开发平台搭建了多代理系统仿真环境,通过算例系统,验证了所提出的实时优化调度策略的有效性。

Abstract:In order to fully consume large amounts of intermittent renewable energy and achieve effective utilization of storage devices,flexible loads and other controllable devices,an optimal dispatch model of energy storage in real time and a flexible load model considering the interaction between the consumers and the grid are proposed in this paper.On that basis,a distributed 3-tier framework of multi-source coordinated optimal dispatch for ADN based on multi-agent system (MAS) is constructed and an optimal dispatch strategy of regional autonomy coordination in order to support the joint optimal dispatch of multiple controllable devices is proposed.Finally,in JADE MAS development platform,a simulation framework is built.The feasibility of the proposed multi-source coordinated real-time optimal dispatch strategy is then verified.
