Abstract:The paper suggests the direct torque control(DTC) strategy for the high speed permanent magnet motor with maximum torque current ratio strategy (MTPA). In the loop of torque control, power angle exact calculation can be realized at high speed. In order to solve the problem of initial rotor position and logical space vector choice, this paper proposes the method of Hall sensor. At the same time, separated and coupling limit-amplitude integrator are compared for improving the estimate precision of the flux. Combining the control requirement of flux and torque of motor at the state of speedup and warm-machine, the optimal efficiency startup program is designed. The simulation and test results show that the system with this control strategy possesses good dynamic and static performance and ensures its one-time fast startup at the limited battery energy circumstance.
