Abstract:The intelligent AC contactor dynamic process is analyzed based on sequence image,which is a key technology for dynamic process analysis of intelligent AC contactor in the study . Based on the direct linear transformation and rigid motion model,3D dynamic testing method of intelligent AC contactor dynamic process is proposed based on 2D sequence image of intelligent AC contactor dynamic process taken by high-speed camera. 2D motion characteristics of intelligent AC contactor are gained by detecting feature points of moving target from image sequence. According to two- dimensional coordinate values of the feature point,as well as combined the rigid motion equation with the constraint equations of projection relation,3D motion parameters of rigid are worked out. In the experimental test data,intelligent AC contactor space dynamic characteristics is comprehensively analyzed. This measurement technology and the algorithm of 3D motion parameters is an effective means for intelligent AC contactor 3D dynamic process research,and it is new research direction in the field of intelligent electrical dynamic research.
