Abstract:Relay life prediction can effectively direct the relay rapid screening in order to meet the requirement of high-performance, high-reliability, long-life even zero-defect. For the situation that relay life prediction mainly focuses on the prediction of batched preduction, the method of relay life prediction based on the super-path time regress model is proposed in this paper, which is able to predict the life of single relay. Firstly, relay super-path time data are got through researching the experimental data of the Model HH52P relays in detail. Then the super-path time data is incorporated into the regression model after processing it separately. The result of relay life prediction can be got after that, and have more accuracy.
