Abstract:In this paper, the parameter designing and optimization of Buck topology as well as its soft switching are studied in detail. The soft switching realization qualification of wide-range input voltage is obtained by relative comparison and analysis. Furthermore, the effect of resonant inductance which is studied less in other papers is analyzed, and corresponding simulation and experiments were conducted subsequently. In the simulations and experiments, relevant parameters are measured or calculated with wide-range input voltage, and the zero current turn-on and turn-off of the main and assistant switching tubes can well realized with its efficiency enhanced.
