Abstract:Equivalent nonlinear B-H characteristic permanent magnet (PM) is an important factor of accurate equivalent model calculation. Equivalent subsection PM based on 3-D magnetic field simulation is established, and equivalent magnetic potentials of each subsection are calculated. Equivalent magnetic circuit model of PM relay magnetic system is established to calculate attractive force characteristics of relay. The accuracy is proved by comparing the result calculated by using 3-D magnetic field simulation result and measuring result. This method reduces the calculation results error of attractive force to 10%. Such research can become a valid way for attractive force calculation of relay.
