切向结构永磁同步电机磁钢径向并联组合研究

Abstract

The performance impact of permanent magnet size in spoke-type permanent magnet synchronous motor with low speed and high torque is studied. And the scheme of radial parallel permanent magnet with ‘工’-shape for spoke-type permanent magnet synchronous motor is proposed. With the axial length and the volume of the magnet is maintained, the influence of the magnetization length on motor performance is analyzed. With the magnetization length increased in a certain range, the analyzed result proved that the leakage coefficient and the torque fluctuation can be reduced, the back-electromotive force can be increased. However, excessive increased magnetization length will reduce the back-electromotive force with the magnetic flux area sharp decreased. On this basis, the scheme of radial parallel permanent magnet with ‘工’-shape is proposed to reduced the leakage coefficient, cogging torque and increase the electromotive force:the magnets with longer magnetization length and thinner radical size are inserted into the near air gap side and the near magnetic sleeve side magnet slot respectively to reduce the leakage coefficient; the magnet with shorter magnetization length and wider radical size is inserted between the near air gap side and the near magnetic sleeve side magnet to ensure the magnetic flux area of the magnet modest decreased. The feasibility of the proposed scheme is verified by simulation and experiment.
