发电机定子匝间短路对绕组电磁力的影响

Abstract This paper investigated the electromagnetic force properties on the armature windings in synchronous generators in normal and stator interturn short circuit fault (SISC) cases. The magnetic flux density expressions in normal condition and SISC case were firstly studied to obtain the detailed electromagnetic force formulas. Then the 3D finite element model was set up to calculate the electromagnetic forces on the armature windings. Finally, experiments were taken on the MJF-30-6 prototype generator to obtain the winding vibration responses. The experiment result accorded with the theoretical analysis and the finite element calculation. It is shown that the electromagnetic force in the normal condition only has the DC component and the 2nd harmonic component, while the occurrence of SISC will bring in the extra 4th and 6th harmonics to the electromagnetic forces. As SISC increases, the amplitudes of the DC component, the 2nd, the 4th, and the 6th harmonics will all be increased.
