Research on Differential-Mode Current and Common-Mode Voltage of Three-Phase Two-Level Grid-Connected Converters under Different Space Vector Modulation |

Abstract In this paper, the typical space vector modulation strategy for the three-phase voltage source grid-connected converter was classified by the distribution of zero-vector, and a zero- sequence-voltage-balanced SVPWM strategy was proposed. Five modulation strategies were compared from the differential mode and common mode. By establishing a single-phase equivalent model, the differential mode current with different modulation ratios and power factors were predicted and analyzed using Matlab. By constructing a three-dimensional voltage vector space, the low-frequency common-mode components were analyzed using the impulse equivalence principle. The research is validated by experiments and provide a theoretical basis for the selection of modulation strategies for the converters.
